Ugent Action Needed for Proposed Development by Arrimus Capital - 4868 N Canoga Ave
The Developers have sprung their plans on residents of the area without any thought or caring with respect to how this development will impact our community. They clearly do not value nor do they care about community input. They have lobbied politicians in Sacramento, managing to tailor laws to their needs. Please help us keep these developers in check and hold them and the officials who allowed this to account. The proposed development must go through full planning review, with impact studies and input from community homeowners.
